Among the most special fighters are a Soviet major and a female nudist who performs the role of a medic. All the characters from the original issue, as well as local recruited residents, will help bring justice back. The main character, having assembled a group of mercenaries, goes to Latin America to help restore power to the deposed ruler of the fictional country of Arulco. The plot is a remake of the previous, second issue. Initially, this issue had a shortened name ("Hard Alliance 3").
It was the chronology of the release that was decisive for inclusion in the collection. "Jagged Alliance: Dilogy" is a mini-collection of the last two (most recent) toys from the entire series of tactical strategies, totaling five pieces (including the original issues and official additions).
